You’re welcome to arrive Thursday night or stay over Sunday night,
but if you do so, you must bring your own food.
YOU NEED:
* Appropriate attire (warm days/cool nights)
* Tent, Sleeping bag, Blankets, Towels
* Flashlight, Insect repellant
* Boots
* Toys, etc.
It never rains at Aida, but dew—torrential dew– is a possibility. Pack
accordingly.
You must have a generator for your RV. We do not have RV hookups.
Bunkhouse space is available on a first come first serve basis. Paid
reservations have priority.
FRIDAY April 30: Registration, Cocktails, Snacks, Dinner,
Cocktails, Parade of Colors, Cocktails, and … late night
visiting!
Saturday May 1: Cocktails, Breakfast, Cocktails, Lunch,
Cocktails, Dinner, Cocktails, and more Lunch, Cocktails,
Dinner, Cocktails, and more … late night visiting!
SUNDAY May 2: Coffee and donuts, Cocktails, Breakfast,
Awards and Farewells.
Trophies are given for participation, bike and people events
based on the MAC (Mid-America Conference) system.
Other awards include: Long distance bike and traveler,
Better homes and garden award (best camp site) and Pig
awards.
PYRAMID HUNT: A 2010 run package goes to the winner of
the pyramid hunt. Please let us know as soon as you find it!
